2018 Events: Going Well

Lee Rivers 12 Jan 2018 – A great evening of nostalgia and dancing – Enjoyed by all which hopefully will be repeated during 2018.

Quiz Night 10th February – Hosted by Stuart Wesley and his Hemel Hempstead Rotary Club colleagues: Another excellent evening with a close outcome and not too much ‘brain ache’.

Darts Evening 24th February – A re-introduction of friendly rivalry; some images can be viewed by clicking here.

Race Night 17th March Night – Unfortunately owing to adverse travelling conditions the Clerk of the Course Peter Batchelor cancelled the meeting to guard against a poor attendance; We hope that the meeting will be re-staged later in the year

Walking Treasure Hunt of Berkhamstead with Tea & Sandwiches April 8th – A new venture. Come and find the hidden treasures in Berkhamsted – It should take around 1 and 1/2 hours and after there will be tea & sandwiches (maybe soup!) at the club.

Our 2017 season ended with:

1. Presentation Dinner & Dance at Berkhamsted Golf Club on Saturday 11th November 2017 – It was a very well supported evening enjoyed by all. For some images of the evening click here.

2. AGM – Clubhouse Sunday 19th November 2017  at 10:00

and

Sunday December 18th 2016 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. Christmas Carol Singing in the Clubhouse

A very successful and enjoyable afternoon of carol singing for members plus their family and friends featuring Philip Cheung on Keyboard.  Philip did a really good job and all money raised will be split equally between the club and the Hospice of St Francis.

Hopefully some images of the day will follow shortly.
