We had a nice turn out of ten players for our Parkinsons taster morning yesterday. We received some lovely plaudits from most of them so they obviously had a good time. Big thanks to Jacky W & Emma G for helping Kevin run the event, the two cakes Jacky made were sensational and helped keep everyone going. We look forward to holding another event next year. 🍰🫖

If you have Parkinsons or know of someone who does, we are inviting you along to Berkhamsted Bowls Club for a bowls taster this weekend.
Bowls provides healthy exercise, relaxation, friendship and co-ordination, its also a simple game played against a beautiful setting with great social facilities.
All you have to do is bring a pair of trainers and an open mind. Friends & family are welcome.
We are in Canal Fields past the football & tennis clubs, HP4 1AL. Parking is available inside and outside our gates if the large free main car park is full.

It's a magnificent double for Berkhamsted Men as they completed the double this season winning the Ray Cup and now the Griffin Cup at Herts Bowls Club today. They beat Bovingdon 48-7 in the morning semi final and beat Bushey in the afternoon final 41-32. Huge thanks to Watford & District Association for staging the comps and to Herts for hosting today's games. 🌞✌️✌️🍾👑👑

Today our Men play the semi final of the Ray Cup against Hemel at Croxley 10am. If they win, they will play the final at 2.15pm approx against Garston or Tring.
On Monday they take on Garston in the County regional final of the County Club Championship at Herts 6pm. If they win, they will be in the County semi finals playing the winner of one of the other regions.
Our Men have been in great form lately and one thing that would really help them push on to further success would be our club members support 👏👍🌞
