This year 24 teams, from visiting clubs in and around Hertfordshire, entered our Mixed Triples Competition. Whilst the weather could have been kinder, everybody had competitive matches on the green and enjoyed some lively, friendly ‘banter’ and mayhem in the clubhouse.

Competition was keen and at the end of 4 compelling rounds, three teams were locked together on 35 points: Kings Langley – Spot On, Rowley Lane-MetRow and Wealdstone-Roxonians. Shot Difference was called into play: King Langley and Rowley Lane both had a difference of 29 and Wealdstsone 26. So it came down to the number of Ends Won during the 4 Rounds: Kings Langley won 19 and Rowley Lane 21.
