This weekend saw the finals of Berkhamsted Club Competitions with fierce competition over Saturday and Sunday. The final of the under 18’s competition, played on Friday night, was won by Jak Chowdhary.

Handicap Competition – Steve Burrell ; Ladies 2 Wood Singles – Jackie Cormack ; Men’s 2 Wood Singles – Paul (Mack) Mackness ; Veterans Singles – Steve Burrell; Novices Singles – Jamie Robertson (Junior Member) ; Pedlow Trophy (Australian Pairs) –Alan Baker & Gill Howells ; Highland Trophy – Brian Ralphs ; Mixed Triples – Peter Batchelor, Del Root & Jean Greenfield ; Mixed Fours – Janet Jackson, Ray Kessler, Tom Presland & Maurice Primo.
Despite the weather on Saturday all games were completed in the best of spirits and the club Competition Secretary, Paul Sims, can now relax for the rest of the season.
